Partner brief

You sell the work.
We sell the license.

Kimss is the Secure Enterprise Agent Control Plane. Consultants, agencies, and Microsoft partners take it to buyers who already run agents. Kimss stays the seller of record.

What Kimss is

Control plane. Not a model host.

You bring the runtimes and keys. Kimss sits in front of the models the customer already pays for. We do not host inference and we do not resell compute.

Inventory

See the agents

JIT inventory from gateway traffic, including shadow agents the platform team did not register.

Control

Kill switch and caps

Identity-tied keys, logged calls, spend caps, and an authoritative kill switch at the gateway.

Proof

Governed requests

Security and platform leads can answer who ran what, and what it cost — without handing the stack to a black box.

How money works

Two invoices. One seller of record.

You keep 100% of assessment, wiring, policy, and rollout fees. The customer buys Kimss Production ($49/mo) or Scale ($199/mo) from kimss.ai/pricing — or on Azure Marketplace if you are a Microsoft channel partner. You cannot invoice Kimss as your own product.

What we do not offer on this page

Not a white-label reseller

You cannot invoice Kimss as your SKU, quote unpublished intro commissions, or promise recurring rev-share. The published agency bounty is the rate for Stripe deals.

Not Marketplace unless you are a Microsoft partner

Promo codes do not apply on Azure Marketplace. CSP / private-offer wholesale is only the Microsoft channel program.

Bring one named account

A security or platform owner who is already running agents. Apply for the agency track, or start a Microsoft channel application if Azure billing is the motion.
